All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Vighneshwara Foundation website and ImpactCreator platform, including text, graphics, images, videos, software, and the "ImpactCreator" brand name and logo, are the property of Vighneshwara Foundation or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.
User Conduct & Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities When Using Our Services
As a user of our website and ImpactCreator programs, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Donation Policy
How Donations Work with ImpactCreator
Voluntary Contributions: All donations made to Vighneshwara Foundation via the ImpactCreator platform are voluntary and non-refundable.
Use of Funds: Donations are utilized to support the Foundation's approved programs and projects in education, health, and community development, as outlined on our website. While we strive to allocate funds as per donor preferences for specific programs, Vighneshwara Foundation retains final discretion over the use of funds to best achieve its mission.
Tax Exemption: Donations are eligible for 80G tax exemption in India. Upon successful donation, a receipt will be issued via our payment gateway (Zoho Payments) or directly from the Foundation for tax purposes. You must provide accurate PAN details to claim 80G benefits.
Payment Security: Donations are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways . Vighneshwara Foundation does not store your sensitive payment card details.
Recurring Donations: For recurring donations, you authorize the Foundation to charge your selected payment method at the agreed frequency. You can manage or cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us.
ImpactCreator Program-Specific Terms
Terms for Our Flagship Programs
School Philanthropy Program:
Enrollment: Schools enrolling in the program agree to a minimum annual fee of ₹5,000, which contributes to the administration and resources for the program.
Student Participation: Student participation in the monthly philanthropy program (e.g., ₹50/month) is voluntary, with parental consent required for minors.
Philanthropy Portfolio: The Foundation will maintain a digital "philanthropy portfolio" for participating students, documenting their contributions and impact. This portfolio is for recognition purposes and is not a financial asset.
Local Business Partnership:
Agreement: Businesses partnering with ImpactCreator agree to our terms of collecting and remitting micro-contributions.
Branding: Partners may use the "ImpactCreator Partner" branding as per our guidelines.
